Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FamilCamp, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Users must be at least 13 years old, and minors require parental consent.

2. Description of Service

FamilyCamp Calendar provides shared calendars, task lists, scheduling tools, and family coordination features. Hearth+ offers expanded capabilities.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. False age information may result in termination.

4. Minor Accounts & Parental Consent

Users under 13 cannot create accounts. Minors (13–17) require parental approval and are subject to permission-based restrictions.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

FamilyCamp Calendar+ offers monthly and annual plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow platform-specific policies. EU/EEA users have a 14‑day withdrawal right under applicable law.

7. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.

8. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier includes limited members, lists, and scheduling windows.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of their content. FamilyCamp Calendar processes content only to provide the service.

10. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.

11. Intellectual Property

FamilyCamp Calendar’s design, branding, and code are protected and may not be copied or reverse‑engineered.

12. Limitation of Liability

FamilyCamp Calendar is provided “as is.” Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

13. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for violations. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

14. Email Communications

Users agree to receive essential transactional emails. No marketing emails are sent without opt‑in.

15. Dispute Resolution

Users may contact FamilyCamp Calendar for informal resolution. EU users may use the ODR platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

17. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
